Terms of Service
Welcome to Daggable, a product of Fibonacci Tools. By using Daggable, you agree to these terms.
1. Early Product Disclaimer
Daggable is built and maintained by a solo developer. The service is in active development and provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, break, or be removed.
2. Your Content
You own the content you submit to Daggable, including tasks, notes, transcripts, imported text, and source records. You grant Fibonacci Tools permission to store, process, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service.
3. AI and MCP Clients
Daggable is designed to be operated by API clients, MCP clients, and user-provided AI assistants. If you connect Daggable to a third-party AI tool, you are responsible for that tool's use of your data.
Daggable may add optional built-in AI features later. AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use Daggable to break the law, violate the rights of others, upload malicious code, attack the service, or store regulated data requiring compliance controls Daggable has not explicitly agreed to provide.
5. Payments and Refunds
Daggable is free at launch. Paid features, subscriptions, or AI credits may be added later and would be processed through a third-party provider such as Stripe.
6. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will try to communicate material changes clearly.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fibonacci Tools and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profit, business opportunity, or goodwill.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Daggable in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Geographic Restrictions
Daggable is controlled and operated from the United States. We make no representation that the service is appropriate or available elsewhere. If you access the service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fibonacci Tools is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
